Default The basics of setting up a Holley and MSD system

My friend has a 540 with a Procharger, Holley ECU and MSD ignition.

ECU: Dominator / HP EFI V2

Ignition control unit: 6A-L (has a 6M-2 as well)
Distributor: 8560
Cap: 8565
Rotor: 8467
Coil: 8253

What are the basics of hooking these things up to get spark and fuel?

Start at page 30 of the instructions and choose your closest combination. Probably page 32

If V2 is regarding his software release, I would update that. I'm currently running V5. I don't see a reason for me to upgrade to V6 in marine trim.

He doesn’t even know that, but the boat came with a Holley CD, so we can assume that it is ancient.
