My flappers are gone on all four
the twisty things are intact
sprayed the fasteners with penatrant
Praying they loosen and i csn replace the flapper
if not
Either remove tip and try on bench
Cut tip straight vice flare and put a rubber flapper with clamp on tip
Or replace all four with new tips

Didnt notice they were gone in sept when we got the boat
net they hsve been gone awhile

I wouldn't worry about replacing them. You have a muffler in there that will stop 95% of water intrusion.

the previous owner, and I had a talk about them last night, great guy.
He honestly could not remember them ever being there and he had the boat just about 15 years

Now I need a long Phillips screwdriver
Bent in a U to get hold of screw head
At least they are not frozen
