Despite that he's running for mayor of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., Dave Johnson still finds time to work on his thriving annual event, https://speedonthewater.com/super-ca...er-and-better/

We're signed up and ready to go! One of the best events of the year, a don't miss for us. The venue is great, the schedule is great, the scenery is superb. Couple shots from past two years events.

It just likes to be around a bunch of puzzy......cats
This event brings a LOT of cats for sure but I'd say over 1/4 of the attendees are not cats. (offshore Vees, CC's, Pontoons, smaller lake vees, etc)
However, you should drag your boat out, it is called Supercat after all. It's like it's calling out to your boat.

I will say, this event does nothing but get better each year. The laid-back feel of the event where there's no rush for anything, central location and SERIOUS eye candy make it one of the best. Cool people, great location, bad azz boats. What else do you want? Dave keeps upping the game each year. Can't wait for this years.

Yeah, I get that. Dates work great for us as the kids are off for spring break but other events we want to do never seem to work out.

I also found this last year at DS that at higher speed there was a metric *hit ton of slow stuff in my way which although can be extremely exciting cutting through it all, it can really impact the enjoyment factor as a driver. Not to mention parking at Pirates is a nightmare. I'm sure SCW is still small enough this isn't a problem YET.

A Video of 2024 for the 2025 event. The venue site, the weather, the incredible scenery, the Lake and the run to Pirates, the eye candy and Laid back vibe imo is second to none! Cats, Vees, Toons it’s all there.
