I intend to do something similar with a Wellcraft 192 American - check my post about repowering.
I'm still looking for suggestions about what I can do to repower - I already have a plan for the windscreen, and paint.

Help please on the power???

Looks like the paint cost more than the boat! I like it though. Is that stripe Harlequin paint? Looks irridescent.
