Engine value???

Here are the specs for a 10 hour engine that I'm considering:
Motor - 454 Fully Roller - carb to pan only no accessories
Carb - 1050 dominator
Rods - Cat h-beam
Pistons - Speed pro L2399F30 forged
Rectangular Heads - Ported at the chambers with 2.25/intake and 1.88/exhaust valves stainless steel with 1.625
isky tool room valve springs with titaneum retainers
The crank - Eagle 4340 steel cut 10/20
Double true roller timming chain
Meeling high volume oil pump, 70 to 80 pounds of oil pressure
Auminum timing cover and gill oil pan
What would you consider reasonable $$$$

2500-3000 tops, the carb you will have to sell, too much for that engine. The eagle crank, not so hot especially after its been cut, what cam? The pistons are worth 300, that what I use. The parts dont mean that much, its the machining quality and assembly that matters. Im thinking they didnt know anything about marine to put that big a carb on it.
