Ive been looking @ condos in the miami beach area, small(500sf) ocean front or bay front studios to 1000sf inland. I was wondering if it would be a good investment? Are these things easy to rent? Will it pay for it self or make a profit? Can I still right it off as a second home if I rent it out? What other expense can I expect other than the monthly maintenance fee? Do I need to get a property mangement co. and what do they charge? Just started looking, any and all info is appreciated!
