REBUILDING ENGINES, CURRENTLY HAVE INTERCOOLERS, DON T THINK THEY ARE WORTH THE PROBLEMS THEY CAN CREATE....

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

I wouldn't consider NOT intercooling myself. Too much benefit from the coolers in my 02.

Keep the coolers or you will be sorry. Heat is your biggest enemy.

I think I would stay with the "problem" of the intercooler. The problem without the intercooler will be a bigger problem & you will be rebuilding the engine again.

That said what is your problem with intercooler? Hoses, leaks or ???

it just they werent maintained as well as i would have, and one is leaking, plus i seen what a leaking one does, shoots a rod thru the block
