Default Fuel Level gauges and ohms...

Does anyone know which gauge I will need? I dunno what my 87 Cafe Racer senders are...

0 to 90 ohms, electrical, fuel level gauge
240 to 33 ohms, electric, fuel level gauge
16 to 158 ohms, electrical, fuel level gauge

Any thoughts?? Help greatly appreciated!

Sean,

Put an ohm meter on the sender and measure its sweep. Some have the ohm's written on them, but have to be pulled out of the tank!

PS: NO SMOKING

Sean, Some times the ohms will be printed on the top of the sending unit, other than that, get your meter out. If not get the part number, manufacture and call them. Wardey

When you say measure the sweep, doesn't the sender have to come out anyway?
