Shifter,

The new rules (Dec. 2002 version) were available on the APBA site before their recent site trouble.

Did anyone download the rule changes before it died?

Mike, I got back last night. I went down to check out the RF fleet. There are plenty of things for you to do there. I'll be in tomorrow call or stop by.

Accessed the APBA website today. From time to time if you have the APBA site saved in your "FAVORITES" it changes due to retooling of there site. Type it in rather than trying to reach it through your favorites or pages visited.
Good Luck,

Dennis, thanks for the tip. I was able to get into APBA by typing in the URL. Here is the URL for the rules, it may be easier to get into this way: http://www.apbaoffshore.com/rules.cfm
