Converting WMV files

Does anyone know how and what program can convert WMV files to Avi or MPEG? I have Windows XP if that helps.

Try going to WWW.VCDHELP.COM, tons of good info there about converting video and links to freeware to do it. If I remember correctly, some of this freeware does audio as well.
