Default Russell, Aeroquip, Earl's Fittings / Who's the cheapest price.

Here I go again buying these fittings. last time I bought them It cost me almost $200 just to make 4 lines for my oil thermostat and cooler. Now I need them for my intercooler, I would love to use them on the whole engine but I cant see spending that kind of money.

Where is a good place to get them from other than Jegs or Summit

8 adaptors $5 each = $40
8 fittings $16 each = $128
15 ft hose $51
shipping $8

total $227

and thats only twist lok fittings not steel braided. I do have the steel ones on the fuel lines. They cost more

well worth the added insurance but the price is steep

That's pretty par for the course, and when I last looked Jegs had some of the best prices.

Hello, Guys!
I do a lot of rigging. | have the bloody fingers to prove it!!!
For steel braided fittings, Aeroquip is my first choice. They don't leak in our use, they are MUCH easier to assemble, and that is worth something to me. They are competitively priced, especially from Summit or Jegs. You might also try the people I buy from. They are in Rock Hill SC. I don't know if they want me to post their number, but if you pm, i'll tell you one at a time. Also, consider pushlock aeroquip. They can be installed for a lot less and, if you will use brass fitings, they are very affordable and they DON'T LEAK when properly assembled. They have a tool for this that is cheap and reall works. GET AEROQUIP ASSEMBLY LUBE!!!!
Hope this helps and I will ask the guys at my source if I can post their e-mail address
Have a great day!!!!!

If your boat is worth anything, you don't want the cheapest parts.
