Many years ago I was told that Indians (the Pakistani type not American !) were exempt from having to wear crash helmets while riding motorcycles because of the turban issue !
This was in the U.K.

Down here you want to see the dreadlocks get away with improperly worn helmets and nobody wants to F*** with them.. just let ME try it !

Hey, the dumb ***** can cover her face if she wants......and FL can take her driving privilege away. Why doesn't she just cut her head off....that will solve both problems. If i was a cop and I came up to her with that cover on I would ask nicely to remove it. If that didn't work I would not waste one more second and call for a meat wagon to take her to jail. I am sure the inmates would love to see her face....face down.
