Question OT: Photo editing help !!!

A while back someone had posted a shareware photo editing program that was perfect for my work computer. I just got a new computer, and forgot to save it.

It only took several minutes to download, and did most everything the big guys do.

Anyone know what I'm talking about ??? It might have started with a "V".

Give it a try, Risk!
Irfanview is the most capable free photo editor around.
