Is there still a race in St Cloud this year? There was a date set earlier on the schedule but now i dont see it anymore. Anybody have any info.

I think it is the weekend of the Sarasota Poker Run, we have plans to do them both in one shot.

The St Cloud race is supposed to be April 5&6. The Sarasota PR is in march sometime.

That sure make it hard for a lot of racers to attend with Daytona being the next weekend. We should contact the St Cloud Rotary club ....maybe they can move the date? This race is a blast I'd hate to miss it.

Whats the matter John your boat can't run 40 mile on back to back weekends, maybe you should detune your motors alittle.

RYAN, It took me a couple of days to get back to you .I was at the dyno w/ my new motors for the 2003 season.I changed some things; Last year I had to run 6200-6500rpms to achieve 100mph +or-....This season I'll bring my rpm to a reliable 5500-5700 range .proped out correctly this = 89mph .I figure if they let 38 ' cigs w/ supercharged engines into P3, my 42' fountain w/naturally aspirated engines should be very competative.I'll let you and the other 3or 4 boats in P-2 have all the fun...
