I started a Nascar fantasy league division on Sportingnews.com. I have room for about 10 more players. It is free and sounds pretty cool. You pick 6 drivers assigned a price, your budget is $15mil. You can trade drivers and purchase them and all sorts of stuff. The league only lasts 20 races, until July something or other. Post here or e-mail me and I will give you the league name and password.
