Default Sunsation On Auction Block.

Starting Saturday 2/22/03 usauctions.com is taking bids on a 2001 Sunsation. Looks like a pair of rebuilds and a little work and you could have a nice late model boat !!! check it out.

I would have to assume ann new motors, guages wiring electronics. New sunpad, cleaning detail......etc. lets say its worth it whatever a hull only would be plus a tad more

I'll say it will sell for less than 20,000 unless someone out there really wants it bad !!!

does anyone know the history on this boat?
It didn't say/show anything on the drives? And the screws around the hour meters appear to be previously "managed".

Wow, just read the description. Here's what I got - something happened. The motors got wet. One is completely trashed (loud knock), one has oil pressure. Everything else on the boat may or may not be trashed.

Hmmm, and you're supposed to bid on it based on that? Just on that little bit of info, you're looking at two engine rebuilds, probably two outdrive rebuilds. Possibles are new or rebuild power bolsters (I can't imagine those bolster motors would like being submerged), maybe all new gauges, new 'fridge, new micro, all the wiring, etc etc.

I'm thinking even Too Old would pass on this one (unless he got a really great deal... )

JohnnyD,
Just got back from the Miami last night (11:30 pm). I bought the cat I wanted. I'll give you a good deal, I don't need two boats. I still have the e-mail I sent to you before the holidays, if you want me to resend I will. Let's talk!
