Question OT: "Pay No Income Taxes" Very Interesting

http://www.paynoincometax.com/

I was listening to a talk show on XM radio while driving home tonight. This guy was on there and this is very interesting.

Are we all a bunch of dummies? Or is he just a con?

There was a guy next to me that did this at my old shop. He told me the whole deal and I said ya ya ya we will see. Low and behold the IRS showes up demanding to see his books. I am all smiles as I am ready to see him get ****ED. He says do you have a warrant? They say no, and he says then good bye. I was thinking well they will be back. He said NO judge will issue a warrant, so they will never be back, and THEY NEVER DID!!!!!

I don't think I would try it. I know a guy who decided to stop paying based on similar principles and he thanks God every day he's not somebodies *****. When the IRS came knocking, he didn't win.

Good story, Audio. Only problem is the IRS doesn't search premises. They do an audit. They don't need a reason for an audit.

Old saying..."If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true".

Sounds like a quick way to an Audit and a huge tax lein.

A guy I know (notice not friend) is in court currently getting his rear end handed to him by the IRS for a setup like that sold his business to a public company and jammed the money in an amateur set up like that. He's familiar with the court thing cause with the IRS subpoenas his wife served him for divorce.

Yahhh I'll take tax tips from some goober in Vegas that has a storefront that looks like it belongs on the Redneck Riviera.
