I am replacing all the gauges on my dash (87 Baja 280) w/twins. Want to replace the speedo with a GPS speedo readout. Anyone seen this done? Where can I get a GPS that will be the same size as the speedo?
Thanks, Jim

Yes,
Did the Low Country Poker Run in Savannah last weekend and had the boat out today.
The props are very smooth. I took the mufflers off, labbed the props, changed to synthetic gear lub in the drives and added need air filters.
Bottom line is I am seeing around three to four hundred more RPM's, but the best actual speed on the GPS and GPS speedo is around 73 MPH. You have to really trim it out to get the RPM, and I am curious if slip increases as you trim up the drives?
The water conditions have been pretty smooth both times, with four people and a load of fuel. I was really hoping for around 75 MPH.
Planes very well, and mid range is strong.
