i' m a motgage broker in nc. we really don't do much in florida but would be glad to help with any questions. if there is a good rate from one of the 200 banks i deal with, that operates in florida then i can help all the way but otherwise i can help with questions. bill

There are a lot of mortgage programs out there. Be sure to ask alot of questions. Maybe even an "Interest Only" loan would suit your needs.
