Actually I think it might be an old Image boat which is now Ocean Express. Anyone else know for sure?

This boat was in a building in Toms River NJ that caught on fire (hence all the bow damage) It's located on Long Beach Island NJ. I like project boats but would not take this if it was given to me for free.
This is the same hull as one of the "Rolling Thunder" boats.
