OT Panasonic SUCKS Stay away
I can not believe the way they have been treating me in customer service over there!!! I was on hold for about 30 min to get through to the tech guys and this clown hangs up. SO I call them back again a 30+ min waite and they guy is so rude to me I could not believe it. I would ask him a question about what he was asking me to do and his reply was JUST DO IT!!!! 
I swear to god I can program a automated house in less time then it takes to program these jack azzes phone system!!!! Sorry guys just needed to vent, I have been working on this piece of crap designed by a bunch of pee pee touchers for 8 hours strait now and still can not get messages from the system!!!!

Jon, have you tried phonejack.com ? Good message board for phone systems. I have a KXTD1232 here, still figuring it out.

Cord I sure did but with this phone system kicking me in the nuts I have not been able to focus on it. I will try and take a look this evening. Sorry man.

Audio What software are you using? I just switched to a new windows based software for panasonic. Very Easy. Their address

PS all the guys from panasonic tech are in Jersey, They have a real attitude problem over there. Panasonic tech that is.

The system is great it is the programming that sucks and the tech sapport!!!!! Oh well after about 4 hours on hold at leaste the guy has his answering service up and running. Other then that it will have to waite tell next week.
