Default Boat Loan ? how long -start to finish

This is just a question on average time it takes you from the time you said "I'll take it" until the deal was done.

Please reply, dont just read it, tell me in weeks, months, days etc.

This is just for the information

Thank you

Default 1 hour

Filled out a credit app for a boat I was considering. Approved an hour later. 100% finananced. I hadn't even looked at the boat yet other than pics. The loan approval was good for 30 days.
The next weekend I flew 1300 miles, drove another 150 miles, looked at it, sea trialed it, made an offer, offer accepted, had it shipped to me and in my driveway 2 weeks later.

I have gotten the last three in a day or less. All where less than 50 grand if that makes a difference.

I did ESSEX On line app within 24 hours I was approved. They sent me the paper work and was boating in 1 week from a private purchase.

Thumbs up

10 days max, longer if you attach it to a home equity type loan which the interest can be deducted in FL.

Wild, if your looking for a boat loan call Scott Harrison @ Glencove Marine (573)365-4001. He's the best finance guy at Lake of the Ozarks. He has multiple lenders he works with and always offers great rates. He does private party deals and you don't have to buy a boat from the dealership for him to do your loan. He can get approvals within an hour.
