Default Does your Ford Truck Pull to one side?

Mine used to pull with the Conti POS tires on it. Just got a flat yesterday (picked up a nail at a job site ) so I took it to the tire place and got new Michelins. Not only does the truck turn better but it also does not pull any more from one side to the other. They were not cheap but I think that the impoved ride makes it all worth while.

When I worked at Ford everyday somebody came in with the samething it pulls or drift's. We would tell them it's the tire's some would ***** so much they would buy them new tires. The bottom line none of the big 3 put good rubber on. Michelins are the best tire. I bought my new LTX 8 ply's last year before we hated the french, so get ready for people to cuss at you for having them.

Ya I know about that but ya know what, I believe in giveing my business to those that deserve it, French or not and if they are the best tire that is what I am going to get (if I can afford it)

I'am the same way, I aint gonna put my kids in or tow a $250k boat on some may pop's. Plus the guy next door to me own's a tire store they sell all the top brand's, my Uncle manages it, they all said they are the best buy a long shot. I have a dually so rotating them is way to much of a pain so I want a good tire that wont ware funny.

HEY AUDIOFN...I don't suppose you checked the AIR PRESSURE(S) in those tires, didja???...2 or 3 pounds variance between tires can make a BIG difference in every aspect of braking & handling performance...I've found that proper inflation (NOT necessarily what the door jamb says) can make a NIGHT & DAY difference in a given tires performance characteristics...Although I have MICHELINS on my DURANGO (which I think are great BTW)...The WORST tires I have EVER had were the TRX series MICHELINS that came on my wife's 20th anniversary GT 350 convert MUSTANG!!!...THOSE were truly POS!!! ESPECIALLY in the rain!!!...I still say the BFG T/A's are the ABSOLUTE best in ALL conditions for a truck...HAPPY MOTORING...

I got 80k miles on a couple of my original Goodyear ATS's on my F 150. You have to rotate the hell out of the front tires to keep them from cupping.
