I think I asked this one a long time ago but I dont think that I had any replies

Try http://www.oceangrafix.com/index.html. They do print-on-demand charts. These things are only as oudated as the time it takes them to mail them to you. I saw them at the Workboat Show last year, and the quality was very good.
