Although it is VERY incomplete, (so far), The new web site: www.Offshoreraceteams.com has come to life! Please realize this is very premature and only one team, "Lynch Mob", is somewhat complete. Alot more fine tuning to come in the next week.
The purpose of this site was to provide a site where Race teams could post information about one's boat, crew, or sponsors without having to have the sole expense of having their own web site.
There is also good news regarding the cost. With several teams interested, it appears we can reduce the cost for a site to approximately $65 to $70 per year/per team. If you would like your team's photos and bio posted, please E-mail me.
Thanks to all who responded to this "idea" this past week to help this become a reality!

Robert, you should also do a links page and swap some links with other sites. As soon as it gets up and ready for consumption I will put a link on www.cbpba.com for you. Good luck with it, I will get the word out down here to the teams I know.

Thanks Ted! We will be working on it this coming week. We only decided to go forward with this project this week, and we wanted to have some credibility before approaching teams at the OPA meeting in NJ this Saturday. Stay tuned, alot more to follow!

The webmaster for the site is a retired Union City fireman and knows your moving Co. Please give me a little time to get the graphics better. It is still early, also if you can get me digital photos from any race, I can add them to your site. Maybe I can bribe Ron P. to get some of your team in Marathon (I cant make that one). Have a Safe Race in Marathon/Ft Meyers.
