Help with 502 mag.
Went to get on plane, one engine wouldn't go over 2500 rpm, I gave it WOT and it wouldn't go past 3K rpm. It starts and idles fine. The motor doesent make any unusual noise. The plugs and the carb look good. The boat is a 1993 Formula 336. Any help would be appreciated.

reading out of the troubleshooting section in the manual;
Check trottle linkage for binding.Check for low fuel pump volume,incorrect float drop, a clogged fuel filter, stuck power valve or an inoperative secondary system
