Dorsey Trailer-master cylinder replace
#1
Ok. Never done this before, however, don't think its to hard. Here is the problem. I remove the four cotter pins, rods, and the tongue that actuates the master cylinder should remove? Right?
Ok. Here is the problem. There are two bolts that hold the master cylinder on the back end to the trailer that will prevent the master cylinder removing that I can't get to!
Yes, the master cylinder is inside the tube frame of the trailer. It sets back about 12" inside the frame of the trailer! Can I re-build it inside the trailer like this, is that possible? Will not hold fluid and the fluid blows by the plunger and acutally is splashing up against the back of my Yukon! That is why I believe it needs replaced/re-built.
Help!
