TN kind of shook up. Still getting storms.

Nothing damaged of mine, cept some stuff thawed in the freezer when our power was out for 14 hrs. No biggie.

Lots of trees down and property damage around here though.
Last I heard, fatality count in TN was in the teens.

We spent the night in the basement Sun nt.

Two from yesterday were proably 15 miles from my dad's house. Last week he had one that was only 3 miles. That is just way, way too close.

They had Returned home from the lake just after the tornado had hit. Their garage was lost, (litteraly lost, we found some of it in a field). The house suffered extensive damage with numerous holes in the roof and not sitting on the foundation the same way it was a couple of days ago. Probably a totla loss also. Lots of broken glass, many cracks in the walls, just lots of screwed up stuff.
But, any tornado you can walk away from is a good one, and we've all said a few prayers giving thanks that Chris & Cyndi are alive, well, and in pretty good spirits considering.

I'm glad to hear they're OK! Weather can be brutal at times. I wish the best for them and anyone else involved with these disasters.
