I cant keep the rubber front gasket from squeezing out when I torque down the bolts
30ft.lbs I tried several times and it just keeps pushing out. Has anyone else had this problem?

Before you place any gaskets on the block or manifold, pre fit the intake on the block. Make sure you have sufficient space for the front and back gaskets. This will tell you if you have room for gaskets or just sylacone sp.

If you insist on using rubber end seals glue them in place on one side. I used to glue them to the block. DO NOT use silicone it will just act as a lubricant and they WILL slide out.

Clean and Ultra Black or equivalent. I have dynoed engines with this sealing method 30 minuits after assembly with no problem.
Do prefit the manifold and be SURE you have some clearance at the manifold ends for the silicone-if the manifold sits in contace with the block, you will have many problems!!!
