Are you sure that it is 4200? 5200 looks just like it and is a real bear to get off.

3m recently came out with a product that disolves 5200. I assume it works the same for 4200 (I hope so because I just used alot of 4200 myself).
It's available where 5200 is sold but I forget the name of it.
If you can't find it, let me know. They sell it right down the street from me.

It's called ANTI-BOND http://www.antibond2015.com/antibond2015.html I think I got mine at west marine or boaters world. It comes in a 1.5oz spray. It does work. If the 5200/4200 is on thick you have to apply a few times. It's still not the easiest but it will work.

Goo-Gone works with some elbow grease. Snag it at Home Depot.

The anti-bond will work...just et it work its way in a little before going at it.
Another trick i know works for sticker residue like if you took off your registration numbers and had the glue left over is WD-40 and a credit card......spray it on and let it soak a tad and use a hard plastic card like a credit card and it will come right off
