That one looks like the one featured in the AT CDrom- the boat was recently being built by a company called Adrenaline Marine in West Palm Beach, FL. I do not know if they are still in business, but the website is still working. I remember a thread not too long ago about some shady goings on there.

The 28 Active Thunder is based off of the 31 CC hull- as far as the origin of the 31 hull, you'd have to ask Pat. I own a 28', and although I haven't ridden in the CC, I bet it's a helluva boat!
