Default Using a 6 Foot Shark as bait

> Hey,
> We had a little fish'n trip on Monday. A friend chartered the Dolphin, an 80' boat, for 11 of us. The catching, seas, and crew were great. We were limited-out on Snapper in 45 minutes. The shark (half-shark) in the photo is about a 6' black tip that was bit in half as the angler was fighting it. As the half-shark was coming in at the surface a 10' Bull Shark was following it, I guess he wasn't done yet, but it turned away when it saw the boat. Ya' know your fishing in Texas when you use a 6' shark for bait.

Cool. My dad was hoping to do some fishing in Marathon with me this weekend since I'm taking the boat down for the APBA races.. I might have to take him out for a little while..

As a full-fledged member of PETA (not), I would like to ask why you didn't practice catch & release since you obviously have no intention of using the shark to feed a starving person.
