Any input on what changes you would like to see in SBI P-Classes to draw more boats.
1) Cash Prizes
2) Entrance fee prices
3) Equipment fees
4) Different days of racing (sat&sun)
5) Longer or shorter races
Looking for positive input, all suggestions will be considered. Thanks for the input!

I found entrance fees too high, I did not get paid my prize money, and rules were not enforced. Do not take it the wrong way because I really enjoyed the racers, they are great people.
I would charge less, give no prize money, and put GPS's on the boat. Its not racing now.

Last week I drove 3000 miles to race APBA and SBI won both races, Spent over 5,000.00 in hotels airfare, fuel, entrance fees, etc. and won not a penny. Entrance fees in both races were around 250.00. Whats another 250.00 make the entrance fee 500.00, with 250.00 going to the purse. if you draw 30 boats, you have 7500.00 per race. Let the money add up through the season. One big payout to the high points in each class at the end of the season. Keeps everyone coming. Even a dog wont run around the track if there is no rabbit. Ed

Maybe they should look at equipment and team fees $450.00 for the boat plus $250 per team member and last year $500.00 entrance fee per race this year $250.00.Ed good point the local stock cars get more money than we did at the end of the year for high points and don't shell half as much in fees.
