Did Lightening Jack' Skater run today. I know that they spent all night putting in new motors. Otto

It was a rough NJ race. The race was stopped on the last lap due to heavy rain which grounded the choppers.
Typoon was extremely confident and went out the inlet with a checkered flag, unfortunately, Typhoon broke while leading P4.
Wazzup had some difficulties, stopped, but managed to get it going again 20 minutes later.
Briochi (sp?) came in second in P1 with Jay Muller and Billy Mauf.
Surprisingly in P5, Simply Awesome easily overpowered Sonic Boom and Panther. Both Sonic Boom and Panther are 30' and had twin big blocks, compared to Simply's single.
Another boat which ran very well was Wild Card. Wild Card is a 26 Corsa and gave the big boys a run for their money in P4, finishing 2nd.
Considering how horible the weather was, Jenkinsons was packed full of fans.
And no one got hurt!
