Default Detailing Outdrives

Thru years of boating I have heard of many ways of keeping the drives looking like they just came of of the Factory, curious to hear yours, many use Ceramic Bowl Cleaner including myself. Any other suggestions?

The easiest way is to keep um COOOOOL. Get a drive shower that will dump a ton of water on the top. I have a hull pick up for my engine cooling. I have a modified Imco cap style shower. The water jacket on the side of my drive is tapped and Braided hose goes from the jacket to the drive shower top. It dumps a ton of water on the top of the drive and excess exits out the side of the boat.
I never have to do more than wipe it with a towel. Here's a pic I just took after about 2 hours of running time earlier tonight. Shines like new and never even wiped it off.
