Yeah I still have the 1971 Chevelle SS - it's sitting in the garage under the cover.
I sold the Grand National a while back and picked up a 1970 Chevelle SS 454. Then I sold that and moved on the water. (best move yet)

What color? The only one I remember from this side of town was white with orange stripes and I thought it went 9.70's. Although there were quite a few fast 69's if you went downtown.
I couldn't hang with that , mine was just a 10.80 car. But it had working wipers, pwr windows and overdrive for those rides to the west side !
Remember a yellow 71 , small tire went a best of 9.55, the car didn't make it out much ?

I can talk about street racing all day long. I kind of miss those days and having a car. I just can't afford a car and a hole in the water.
