Is this the same "turbo charger' they've been selling on e-bay for $19.99??? If it is, it is no more than an electric fan. Note the dimensions. If it sounds too good to be true.....

I think you're talking about that Chitty little fan they are selling as a turbo, this thing is just a vein that is supposed to help the air/ fuel atomize, It may work if it was in the right place like in the intake runners instead of in front of the throttle plate, which will disturb any (vortex) that thing creates. JUNK.

Hmmm, Ford, GM, and Chrysler (not the mention Toyota, Honda, Mistubishi, BMW, Audi, VW, Volvo, SAAB, etc) spend billions every year on R&D, and they couldn't come up with this gizmo? Sounds an awful lot like the 100 mpg carb that the oil industry buried way back when...
