i was trying to find the same info when I got my back seat bottom recovered, it is almost a dead on match but you can tell a bit, on a 2000 model like yours your vinyl has not faded are yellowed much, so new vinyl should color match, if you find out let me know

Talked with Baja today, it's called Ice White by Pletcher Sail. They told me I would have buy a new skin from a dealer. I could order it from them, and they would ship it to me after a nice little dealer markup for a dealer who would end up doing nothing. They will not sell direct to me....$900 for just the SKIN. I'm using a local shop.
