Is there any way to transfer video image (paused) from dv tape on my camcorder to a file to be uploaded as a still, I have some cool footage that looks real good and clear if I pause it.

Go to microsoft and download movie maker 2.0. It will capture stills from video and its a Monster Garage FREEBIE!!!!
