Well after all this time of buying ans selling stuff to OSO members and connections through OSO I finally got screwed on a deal. Back in March I got a call from a Rich Obren from Chicago. He said a friend seen that I had a cover for a 42 fountain for sale. I told him yes I did and it was $200.00 plus freight. He said he would send me a check. I sent the Cover. He got the cover and said it was exactly how I described it and it worked fine.

I have never received payment I have sent two letters and numerous calls and left messages but it appears he is not going to pay me. He said once that the check was sent and must of got lost in the mail he would send me another this was back in April.

So anybody selling anything to Rich Obren be careful, he is either very forgetful or a thief.

Most of the guys (and girls) on this board do deals with each other with good judgement and trust in mind. And most of the transactions happen without a glitch. I have had several good deals with various members. It really sucks that a few people have to screw up the trust that most of us have.
