Who owns that boat, saw it being towed through town today and then parked at the old IGA. Real nice rig. I think it said something Laguna, California on the transom. TAOD or TOAD graphics sticker on it.
Also saw the Big Thunder supercat running around the lake both saturday and sunday evenings. Must be getting ready to go racing.

That boat is owned by Mark Waterau (sp?) and he lives in Cali. That boat has been at LOTO for the last couple of weeks. He usually makes his rounds to most of the more popuar poker runs. I am sure it is on its way to another poker run somewhere.

mpally is correct about the owner's name. Boat will be gone a couple of weeks from LOTO for minor repairs/adjustments and then back for the remainder of August and early September.

Mark (Wetterau) keeps the boat at Dick Simon Marine in Dana Point in California. The transom says Laguna Niguel, Ca. (45 mins. South of L.A.)
He owns a home in the national park at LOTO. I have been to his house there--it's absolutely gorgeous. It is kinda hidden in a cove area. Mark and his wife are real cool and down to earth people.

We watched them load that boat on the trailer. Tracy and i were standing on the dock at the State Park ramp in LOTO when he came in. I actually helped hold him next to the dock till the trailer came. What a machine. Spectacular. 1300 hp Sterlings. WOW
