Yes, it's that time again. This is not your average, big money, all weekend affair of a poker run. We run this one on a Tuesday night, AUGUST 5TH this year. Start time is 6:00 SHARP. It runs from Holland, MI north to about Tunnel Park, then turns south towards Saugatuck. We end up at Coral Gables in Saugatuck for dinner and the showing of the hands. There will be prizes for the winning hand (not sure what they are going to be yet). The total distance of this course might be all of about 25 miles or so from start to finish.
Cost is like this: $30 a head for each member of your crew. Captains ar FREE. The money covers dinner and docking at Coral Gables. What ever is left (last year it was about $1500 or so) goes to our charity of choice for the year (not sure what it is, Rambunctious will know more about that).
We had 29 boats last year and we are shooting for 50 this year. All boats are welcome. We have had everything from 17' bowriders to 31' Formulas in years past. No boat is too big or too small. We would really like more OSO members to join us because they are CLASSY people with awsome rides!! And we could really use your money!! LOL!!
Breaking it down:
Date: Tuesday, August 5
Time: 6:00 pm SHARP from the Lake Macatawa end of the Holland channel - first card handed out here.
Cost: $30 a head (captains free)
Most people are back on their trailers before 10:00 that night.
Love to see you there!!

Mark, what Rob means is that there will be a boat anchored between the third card stop and the Saugatuck channel entrance. Card stops are like this:
Lake Mac near the channel entrance at the start, north of Holland near tunnel Park from an anchored boat, outside the Holland channel from an anchored boat, inside the Saugatuck channel (in the lagoon), and then last card at dinner. We keep this run short because of the time and size of boats that participate. Where else can you do a poker run in less than 4 hours for $30 a person?? Nowhere!!!
