Default Anyone broken the rear spring on thier Ford PSD?

I have had a noise coming from the back end of my truck and went under it the other day to take a look and found a whole leaf missing!!! Broke behind the spring purch. May explain why the guy was screaming at me the other day when I was going down the high way!!!! Could have killed some one!!!!! Anyhow anyone else have this happen? Was it covered under your warrantee?

Thats pretty crazy....I've broken springs before but on off road vehicles that i've abused. I know a few people with PSD's and never heard of any problems. must be freak thing. I've got a set of springs off a f250 PSD i took off my ride after i got it...if you need.

Pure mine was the drivers rear spring and it was probably at about 45,000 miles. Euby thanks for the offer. If it is not covered uner warrantee and those will work I will take you up on it. I think that there must be a difference btwn the one and 3/4 ton trucks?
