Walter, Thanks for the lead, Your friends have been a joy to work with and we found them a great house. My wife was always buggin me about the time I spend on OSO, not any more

Karl says the same in reguards to working with you! I'm glad everything worked out so well.
I'm sure i'll be helping Karl move down there and i'll be visiting more often then not now that i have even more friends in FL we'll have to get together sometime when i'm down there
