get your antivirus updated and go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and get all the critical updates for your machine.
we are fighting this at our office right now, we've got field guys that don't do what they been asked to do and now we have to clean up their mess.
this is just the first of many viruses that will exploit this vulnerability.
