Need some info on Castle Rock Lake WI, Motels, Marinas, and launces for 35 foot boats.

Any help would be appreciated.

They say the Dirty Turtle is the place to go. Talked to someone form Rockford who slip a boat up there all season. They said at the Dirty Turtle they would be able to tell you about all the differnet spots on the lake as well.

Tracy and i woud talking about going up maybe this weekend or next but then theres Mike's bachler party and the Air and Water show in Chicago.

Were talking about going up there labor day weekend but need to know where to stay if there are any marinas etc.

Ron, be careful on that lake. I had a friend who had a place up there and he always told me that there are many areas on the lake that you will need to avoid, stumps, shallow spots etc.

I would ask the fisherman guys first and go from there.

Ron, I spoke to soon, my buddy had a place up on Pettenwell and I do not think you can get up into that area unless you launch on Pettenwell due to the dam that separates the tow flowages.

Yeah its too bad that Mikes Party is this weekend, forced me to chose between the Mississippi Pokerrun and golf. What do you think I Picked?

Yeah this weekend was pretty cool, we've got some pretty good pictures of it.

But does anyway, does anyone have some info on Castle Rock Lake?
