Anybody hangin' on the water this weekend around the West Michigan area?? What's going on?

I heard some of the Hammond IN. people are going to be in South Haven. We have a wedding Saturday afternoon but we'll be out around Holland Friday night and maybe saturday mid-day.

We will be out Friday morning for the weekend. Want to go to South Haven but, wave conditions for Saturday and Sunday 5-8 footers! Looks like we may be staying in Grand Haven!

If the water conditions are nice on Saturday I may launch in South Haven and then boat down to St. Joe. I'd like to take a dip in the lake and park off a beach/dunes somewhere down by Warren Dunes or Grand Mere, but the water has to be relatively FLAT for me to do that. I'm picking my boat up from Merrill's shop tomorrow---he's got my engine hatch installed and I want to take it for a run in St. Joe too! I'm glad that the engine hatch is FINALLY on now---what a pain in the arss! The boat is going to look a whole lot better now though with the engine hatch on--- and with the MitcherT graphics and paint!

As of right now, we still plan to go to South Haven this weekend. Look for us at the Municipal if you put in. My boat may be at one of the Condo's that I use to own. We rented one for the weekend.

Roger, I would enjoy running into you either in the harbor of South Haven or out on the lake. Hope the marine patrol isn't always got a bug up there arse.
