BoatU.S Loans

Has anyone used them? They say there is a $350 closing cost. That includes USCG documentation though. That usually costs that much anyway right?

It's a refi and is almost 2 points lower than I have now.

I went thru Essex a few weeks ago... documenting was optional at $495, and it was $195 for closing fees.
