Just talked to somebody in NewYork. Power is definetly out. If it's a grid problem, then it sounds like a repeat of the 70's power collapse. That one started with a tripped breaker or a blown transformer and it progressivly overloaded power plants. Each plant went off line as it was overloaded resulting in a total collapse.
