Northeast Power officials have just reported they have found the cause of the HUGE power outage that sent major cities like New York and Boston, Toronto and Philly, into the proverbial darkness. Apparently, an offshore powerboat freak by the name of Puder is responsible according to authorities. Apparently, this Puder, who likes driving around in those fossil fuel burning, manatee killing, noise poluting cigarette boats, was typing on his favorite website OSO and the spell check system in place used to dicifer his hyrogliphics, commonly referred to as Puderspeak, over loaded the Northeasts power grid and began a horrific domino effect.
